Shipping & Payment

What is your shipping policy?

We ship from the beautiful state of Arizona, Monday-Friday.  We do not ship on weekends. Our packages, unless shipped to a location in the greater Phoenix area,  are shipped via USPS Priority mail, and generally take 2-3 business days to arrive after shipping. For now, we are sorry, but we do not ship outside of the United States, therefore, all transactions are processed in US dollars.

We collect sales tax on orders placed in AZ.

PAYPAL

Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on myglowessentials.com.  It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Terms & Conditions for Online Orders

Once your order is submitted, it immediately begins processing.  We will do our best to work with you, however we are not able to guarantee that it will be possible to make any changes to your order once it has been processed. Please make sure all of your order information is correct before submitting.

Return Policy

We believe in our products and we really want you to love what you’ve ordered! So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of your date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. If you’re interested in returning or exchanging any products, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you with this process.
